2) How long does it take to order windows and doors? |
Manufacturing lead times can vary. Once your order is placed it can take from 3-4 weeks for vinyl and aluminum, 4-8 weeks for wood products and 4-10 weeks for fiberglass to arrive. |

Installation times range from 1-3 weeks. Times vary based on how busy we are. We do not schedule installation dates until we have received the materials for your project. |

5) Do you use subcontractors to perform your installations? |
We have our own employees that are factory trained & certified to the highest standards.If stucco work is needed on your project it will be performed by our trusted subcontractors.

6) Do I need a permit to replace my windows and doors?

It depends on the requirements of your city. The best way to be sure is to ask your local city building department. If permits are needed we can provide this service at an additional charge.

7) Will replacing my windows and doors help to reduce noise? |
Yes. Depending on what you currently have, the reduction in noise can be significant. New windows offer better seals and weather-stripping in addition to the double paned glass. Also, to reduce noise even more, we can offer laminated glass. |
8) Will replacing my windows and doors help conserve energy and reduce my energy bill? |

9) Do my new windows and doors come with new insect screens? |
Most major manufacturers offer screens with their products. Some windows and doors, however, will need custom made screen solutions that need to be ordered separately. |

Yes. In most cases we install year -round and make sure to protect your home from the elements while we work. |
